Amigurumi is the Japanese word for crocheted dolls or figurines. The photo above combines the sea turtle and elephant patterns from Planet June to make a model of Terry Pratchett’s Discworld. I’ve done a variety of other figures, and I’m happy to search for a pattern for any character, and if one can’t be found, to figure out a way to make it. Prices vary based on the size and complexity of the finished piece.

well done! A crocheter after my own heart. I always wanted to make Great A’Tuin but so far I only made a small turtle and an elephant. And a Yoda. 😉

I think making Yoda is something that can’t be avoided. Once it’s seen, it must be made.

I’ve made a few R2D2s in my time. I’m in the middle of making an owl pattern, it’s doing my head in.
I absolutely love your homage to Terry Pratchet. It’s amazing!
